osuracreativo provides creative and digital services including professional video editing, filmmaking, VFX, motion graphics, photography, graphic design, web design and related creative services.
Due to the nature of digital and customized creative services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
A payment or advance payment may be required before work begins. The agreed payment amount and payment schedule will be communicated to the client before the project starts.
Clients may request cancellation before work begins. If work has already commenced, the amount refundable, if any, will depend on the work already completed and expenses incurred for the project.
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
Payments for completed work, delivered digital files, or services already provided may not be refundable.
Reasonable revisions may be provided according to the scope agreed before the project begins. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
