These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided through osuracreativo.
osuracreativo provides creative and digital services including video production, video editing, VFX, motion graphics, filmmaking, photography, graphic design, web design and related services.
The exact scope of each project will be discussed and agreed with the client before work begins.
The client is responsible for providing accurate project requirements, necessary materials, references and information required to complete the project.
Changes outside the originally agreed scope may result in additional charges or changes to the delivery timeline.
Payment terms will be agreed before the project begins. Depending on the project, an advance payment or full payment may be required.
Work may begin after the required payment has been received.
Estimated delivery times will depend on the complexity and scope of the project. Delays caused by late feedback, missing materials or changes requested by the client may affect the final delivery date.
Revisions will be handled according to the scope agreed for each project. Additional revisions or significant changes may be charged separately.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final project deliverables will be provided to the client after the agreed payment has been completed.
Third-party assets, stock footage, music, fonts, plugins and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licensing terms.
Unless the client specifically requests otherwise, osuracreativo may display completed work in its portfolio, website and social media for promotional purposes.
Confidential projects or projects subject to a separate confidentiality agreement will be handled according to the agreed terms.
Some projects may involve third-party platforms, software, hosting providers, payment processors or other services. Their availability and terms are outside the direct control of osuracreativo.
